Accounts

As custodians of public funds, we maintain the highest standards in transparency for fund utilisation. With a minimum expenditure on administration, we ensure that funds are utilised in three key programmatic areas.

Research, Advocacy & Stakebuilding for Systemic Interventions

Sakshi’s work in establishing accurate research and stakebuilding to mobilise communities stems from the need to address social problems from the grass-root level. We are committed to utilising our funds for data-driven decision making as well as stakebuilding with policy and decision-makers who have the power to influence systemic change in the country.

Communication for Social and Behaviour Change

It is no question that communication is the most powerful tool that we have today to influence social and behaviour change. We at Sakshi, through our communication vertical SBOX, are committed to utilising our funds for Communication Design, Films, Theatre, Social Art and IEC Materials that have the potential to bring about attitudinal shifts for strengthening a culture of accountability.

On-Ground & Online Interventions for Training & Capacity Building

Sakshi’s on-ground interventions are developed, organised, and implemented to build the capacities of individuals to practice the ethos of everyday equality, diversity and inclusion with a special focus on marginalised populations, ultimately aiming to move them from conditions of vulnerability and dependency to self-sufficiency and well-being.
